In addition to providing a little "insider baseball: on getting the case to the Supreme Court, the two lead attorneys in the case, Bill Harbison and Abby Rubenfeld will discuss some of the fall-out of the decision, for example, the county clerk lawsuits, the Tennessee Natural Marriage Defense Act implications, employment law decisions and other issues that have emerged in the wake of the decision.
