Transgender Issues and Employment Law Panel

October’s panel will explore employment law issues for transgender employees.  A panel of employment lawyers and a physician who cares for transgender patients will lend the insights of their practices.  As transgender restroom access has recently gained national attention and been the subject of joint guidance issued by the Department of Education and the Department of Justice, this panel will provide timely information on how to advise clients in a changing compliance environment.  Our panelists will discuss a variety of topics, including practical advice for drafting appropriate workplace policies.
