Mentoring/member development Committee

The Mentoring/Member Development Committee is responsible for providing opportunities for LAW members to develop peer mentoring relationships, coordinate events and programs aimed at leadership development for LAW members both in their employment and in the community, and foster discussion of topics impacting women in the legal profession. These objectives have recently been met through Lean In Circles created by practice group. The Committee typically meets quarterly, and continued the meeting schedule on Zoom during the pandemic.
