LAW Past President Jackie Dixon, who serves on the TN Supreme Court Lawyer's Assistance Program Commission (TLAP), along with Lindsey O'Connell, LMSW, Clinical Supervisor for TLAP, Emily Lacey, CRS, Program Manager for TLAP and Kim Williams, CRS and QPR suicide prevention gatekeeper, will discuss feelings many of us have experienced recently. You are not the only person feeling scared, trapped, disconnected, and overwhelmed! We are all in the same storm, but we are not always in the same boat.
This workshop will examine how our different needs and perceptions impact our paths to well-being. You will learn practical skills for improving mental resilience and reducing the harmful consequences of toxic stress. Learn new coping strategies! Improve your productivity, contentment, relationships, and personal well-being. The workshop will review resources through the Tennessee Lawyer's Assistance Program to help in times of crisis or increased need.
