A Shot in the Arm for the Workplace: A Look at how COVID-19 Vaccine Policies Can Help (or Potentially Hurt) the Return to In-Person Workforces

With various Covid-19 vaccine options becoming more readily available, employers may wish to encourage or even require employees to be vaccinated as part of an effort to return to the pre-pandemic workplace.  This session provides an overview of the available vaccines and explores some issues to keep in mind (and legal pitfalls to avoid) when implementing a workplace vaccine policy.
