***1 hour of DUAL CLE credit***
This program will be focused on educating women attorneys about managing work-related and other anxiety caused by menopause because, while menopause is a natural life stage, the emotional and mental health challenges it brings are often overlooked. The impact is felt in the workplace and all areas of life, as mental health permeates a person’s day. The goal of the program is to help this population of women attorneys understand the various physical factors affecting them through menopause and the impact of those factors on mental health. This program explores how hormonal changes during menopause can affect mood, cognition, and overall well being and how women can navigate this transition with resilience and strength. Our featured speakers bring both clinical expertise and practical strategies: Dr. Katherine Haney, a triple board certified physician specializing in menopausal medicine, will share evidence based insights on the biological and emotional impact of menopause, while Stephanie Korn, a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and retired nurse, will highlight the powerful role of mindset, movement, and nutrition in supporting mental health during this stage of life. The speakers will also discuss strategies for adapting work-life balance through the menopause process. Together, they will offer tools, knowledge, and encouragement to help women lawyers embrace this transition with confidence and balance while maintaining professionalism.
This program is approved for 1 hour of dual CLE credit!
